Description
Created from Chardonnay grapes grown on the premier and grand cru terroirs of Avize, Chouilly, Cramant, Mesnil-sur-Oger and Villers-Marmery, the Grand Blanc de Blancs from Gosset is a supremely elegant champagne of great refinement.
Spun gold in colour with tender green reflections, it offers spring like aromas of acacia flowers, daffodils, camomile and citronella, evolving to richer notes of dried fruit and honey.
Supple and round, the palate has superb structure and a lively minerality, with a slightly chalkiness and a touch of salinity.
A magnificently rich and full Blanc de Blancs for a stylish aperitif or to accompany oysters or grilled lobster.
