Girard Bonnet champagne

Located on the Côte des Blancs, in the heart of the village of Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, the Girard-Bonnet champagne will delight Chardonnay lovers. Heading 12 hectares, mainly in the villages of Le Mesnil-sur-Oger and Oger as Grand Cru, and Vertus as Premier Cru, the House crafts cuvées that beautifully illustrate the Chardonnay grape in its various facets. Both in the vineyard and in the cellar, a natural approach has been favored for several years. This is how the Domaine was certified Organic and Demeter in 2023.

The A Mi-Chemin cuvée is the perfect reflection of the Girard-Bonnet Domaine. It combines the terroir of Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, whose chalky soil brings great tension to the wine, and the terroir of Oger, which offers more roundness and generosity. The result is a perfectly balanced champagne!
