The Brut Grand Cru from champagne house Franck Bonville is all about freshness and finesse.
This Blanc de Blancs champagne is made from the classified Grand Cru terroirs of Avize and Oger. A blend of three years' production, this Brut Grand Cru reflects the house style of minerality and lightness.
The cuvée spent 30 months in the cellar, and was disgorged 9 months after bottling. The dosage is 5.8 g/L, giving it a certain roundness.
Franck Bonville's Brut Grand Cru is the perfect cuvée for an aperitif.
