Doyard's cuvée Vendémiaire, presented here in magnum, is a generous, full-bodied Blanc de Blancs champagne to be enjoyed as an aperitif or with the start of a meal.

Made from Chardonnay grapes sourced primarily from the Vertus terroir, Cuvée Vendémiaire is not a classic Blanc de Blanc. The Doyard house stands out for its very ripe harvest, and the vinification of all or part of its cuvées in oak barrels. Thus, 40% of Vendémiaire is aged in oak barrels, with malolactic fermentation carried out on only 20% of the wines.

The dosage is light, around 4g/l, resulting in a champagne that is beautifully straightforward, taut and vinous. This cuvée offers a generous, fruity nose on first contact, followed by gourmet notes on the palate.

Cuvée Vendémiaire Doyard is a champagne of immediate pleasure, a generous champagne that already gives a fine glimpse of the house style.</p
