      Description

The Vintage 2010 signed Dom Pérignon is a generous and gourmet champagne that can be enjoyed as an aperitif, but also as an accompaniment to gourmet dishes.

The 2010 vintage succeeds the legendary 2008 vintage. It is a very balanced vintage. Indeed, 2010 was marked by a very cold winter, followed by an austere spring. A sunny and dry summer, allowing very good maturity. Finally, the 2010 vintage is exceptional. This is the most mature of the last decade, ahead of 2009 in particular, and the vintage offering the most beautiful acidity just after 2008.

The dress of the Vintage 2010 Dom Pérignon is superb, golden, sparkling, and covered with fine and lively bubbles.

On the nose, we discover a champagne revealing notes of tropical fruit (green mango, melon, pineapple…). On the second nose, small touches of citrus invite themselves and awaken the taste buds. Small notes of flowers and chalk conclude this pretty nose.

On the palate, this Vintage 2010 begins with a full, full, massive attack. In the mid-palate, we find a creamy and generous texture, accompanied by spicy and peppery notes. The finish is energetic, and deliciously salty.
