The year 2015 in Champagne was marked by contrasting climatic conditions, with a mild winter and a hot, dry summer. These elements allowed the grapes to reach optimal maturity, resulting in a cuvée that is both complex and generous.

The vinification of the Dom Pérignon 2015 follows a traditional method, with particular attention paid to each step. After manual harvesting, the grapes are gently pressed to extract the purest aromas. Fermentation takes place at low temperature, preserving the finesse of the aromas and the freshness of the wine.
