Cuvée Fleur de Passion is Diebolt-Vallois' flagship cuvee. This vintage champagne is made only in exceptional years.

Cuvée Fleur de Passion 2013 is a Blanc de Blancs made exclusively from vines grown on the Cramant terroir, classified as a Grand Cru. The grapes come from 7 to 8 parcels of old vines located at the top of the slopes, notably in the lieu-dit Les Buzons.

Jacques and Arnaud Diebolt have chosen parcels where the vines are over 60 years old. These old vines offer low yields, resulting in grapes with superb aromatic power.

The Cramant terroir is renowned for its chalky subsoil, covered by a fine layer of earth. It is this chalk that gives Fleur de Passion its unique minerality and salinity.

This cuvée is vinified exclusively in oak barrels to allow the wine to develop its full potential.

At tastings and in guidebooks, the Fleur de Passion cuvée signed Diebolt-Vallois very often ranks ahead of the most renowned champagnes.
