Brut 1er Cru from Champagne De Méric is made exclusively from Chardonnay grown on Premier Cru terroirs.
It is a blanc de blancs with a unique personality conferred by a vinification in oak barrels.
Oaky notes are detectable on the nose of this perfectly balanced cuvee, mingling with elegant caramel and liquorice aromas.
With its vivacious and ample attack, the palate offers vinosity and complexity, developing bready notes with brioche, bourbon vanilla, and patisseries.
This Brut 1er Cru is elegant and gourmand with superb vinosity.
