Brice's Coteaux Blanc Les Hautes is a white Coteaux Champenois that's both delicious and elegant. It's a white wine to be enjoyed at the table with delicate dishes.
This Coteaux is made from Pinot Noir grapes from a single parcel, Les Hautes, located on the Grand Cru terroir of Bouzy.
To create this cuvée, Christophe Constant, Maison Brice's cellar master, blended 3 vintages: 2018, 2019 and 2020.
The wines were aged partly in stainless steel vats and partly in oak barrels, for 24 months.
This Coteaux Champenois Blanc has a sparkling gold color.
It reveals notes of ripe fruit, pastry and spices.
On the palate, it's a broad, expressive white wine that retains good mid-palate tension. The finish is persistent, saline and very elegant.
