Champagne Brice is an independent and family-owned Champagne House located in Bouzy, at the heart of the Champagne vineyard. The House cultivates 12 hectares of vines, including 8 hectares in Bouzy Grand Cru. The vineyard has belonged to the family since the end of the 17th century. The House Brice is committed to the development of biodiversity and has been awarded the High Environmental Value (HVE 3) label for the management of its vineyard. The vines are protected without chemical pesticides or insecticides and have been certified organic since the 2023 harvest.
The winemaking of Brice cuvées is directed by Christophe CONSTANT, a Champagne oenologist who has been practicing in the region for over 20 years. Although the House has established itself for several years as a reference in the winemaking of Bouzy Rouge, it also distinguishes itself in the production of blended cuvées such as the Cuvée Héritage, fresh and indulgent, and the Cuvée Héritage Rosé, delicate and fruity. The Cuvée Le Poteau 2019, a remarkable Blanc de Noirs, intense, fruity, and spicy, is the first single-plot cuvée of Champagne Brice. It is made from the eponymous plot located on the Grand Cru terroir of Bouzy.
