Bollinger Rosé in magnum is a generous interpretation of rosé champagne. It is a cuvée that combines power and elegance. This rosé seduces with its intense salmon color and delicious aromas of ripe red fruits. In magnum, Bollinger Rosé gains depth, offering a more intense tasting experience.
Bollinger Rosé in magnum is a blend of 62% Pinot Noir, 24% Chardonnay and 14% Pinot Meunier. The grapes come mainly from the renowned terroirsof Aÿ, Verzenay, Louvois, Mesnil-sur-Oger and Cuis. The red wine used to give this rosé its beautiful salmon color is made from the Poirier Saint-Pierre and Montboeuf plots in Verzenay, worked with the same high standards as the famous Côte aux Enfants.
The dosage is moderate, with 8 grams of sugar per liter, ensuring a subtle balance between freshness and richness. This champagne embodies the Bollinger style, which draws on the power of Pinot Noir and a vinification process that seeks to bring out the greatest possible expressiveness.
Bollinger Rosé in magnum has an elegant color with salmon highlights, enhanced by fine bubbles.
The nose is intense and expressive, revealing aromas of ripe red fruits such as wild strawberries, cherries and redcurrants, mingled with spicy and slightly toasted notes characteristic of the Bollinger style.
On the palate, this champagne is vinous, with a full and structured attack. The red fruit flavors are harmonized by an elegant acidity, bringing a beautiful freshness and a lingering finish, typical of Bollinger's great rosés.
The magnum format, with its 1.5 liter capacity, offers significant advantages. First, it allows the champagne to age more slowly and harmoniously, offering greater complexity and better preservation of aromas. In addition, the amount of air relative to the size of the bottle is reduced, which improves the preservation of freshness and finesse of the bubbles. Finally, the magnum is perfect for special occasions, and its imposing presence on the table adds a touch of prestige and conviviality.
The price of a magnum of Bollinger Rosé is 179,95 €. This price reflects the quality of the selected grapes, the expertise of the Bollinger house, and the prestige associated with the magnum format. It is a perfect champagne for lovers of refined cuvées, seeking both the elegance and aromatic power of a great rosé.
