Bollinger Rosé is a unique champagne. Its intense salmon hue and aromas of ripe red fruits make this cuvée a must-have for lovers of gastronomic champagnes. This rosé combines power, elegance, and freshness.
The Bollinger Rosé is the result of a blend composed of 62% Pinot Noir, 24% Chardonnay, and 14% Pinot Meunier. The grapes mainly come from the terroirs of Aÿ, Verzenay, Louvois, Mesnil-sur-Oger, and Cuis. The red wine used in the making of Bollinger Rosé comes from the Poirier Saint-Pierre and Montboeuf plots in Verzenay. They are worked in the same way as the Côte aux Enfants!
The dosage is moderate, at 8 grams per liter, thus offering a perfect balance between freshness and indulgence.
True to the Bollinger style, this champagne is based on artisanal know-how and meticulous attention to every step of its production.
The color of Bollinger Rosé is a salmon pink with golden highlights, with a generous foam.
The nose is marked by aromas of ripe red fruits, such as wild strawberries, cherries, and redcurrants, which blend with slightly spicy notes, typical of the Bollinger style.
On the palate, the attack is vinous, offering a beautiful finesse. The aromas of red fruits are accompanied by an elegant acidity that brings a refreshing liveliness to the cuvée. The finish is long, balanced, and pleasant.
The price of a bottle of Bollinger Rosé is 72,95 €. This price reflects the exceptional quality of the grapes used, the artisanal know-how of Bollinger, and the finesse of this rosé cuvée. A perfect choice for those who wish to taste or gift a champagne that combines elegance and aromatic richness.
