A.R. Lenoble's Rosé Terroirs is a gourmet, fruity cuvée.
It's a champagne made from a blend of 11% de-stemmed Pinot Noir from the 1er Cru terroir of Bisseuil, and 89% Chardonnay from Chouilly, a Grand Cru village in the Côte des Blancs.
A.R. Lenoble's Rosé Terroirs is a blend of 2008 and 2009, with 11% of the wines vinified in wood.
It's an Extra Brut rosé champagne with a very low dosage (3g/L), revealing all the finesse of the Chardonnay and the power of the Pinot.
Rosé Terroirs A.R. Lenoble has a rose petal color, studded with fine bubbles.
On the nose, it's a rich, full-bodied champagne, with raspberry notes that evolve into floral aromas.
On the palate, this is a champagne of great length and aromatic power, with a dense, complex attack. The finish is clean, straightforward and pure, thanks to the low dosage.
This rosé champagne is ideal as an aperitif or with thin slices of cured ham, scallops with langoustines, or fresh goat's cheese.
