Maison A.R. Lenoble's Blanc de Noirs 2013, presented here in a case, is an exceptional bottle from a single grape variety, a single terroir and a single year. This 100% Pinot Noir de Bisseuil Premier Cru is a gourmet champagne.

Part of the vinification process is carried out in oak barrels, giving the wine depth of aroma and a pleasant roundness on the palate. The dosage is very low, at just 2 g/L, allowing the purity of this wine to shine through.

The color is a deep golden, with abundant, fine bubbles rising in the glass.

The nose reveals notes of red fruit, gradually evolving towards spicier aromas.

On the palate, the champagne reveals a warm, round attack, with an interesting contrast between fatness and fluidity. The red fruit notes blend perfectly with a light woodiness, supported by a liveliness that balances the whole. The finish and retro-olfaction reinforce the explosive red fruit aromas.
