Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs 2006 is the interpretation of a year seen through the prism of the A.R. Lenoble style. It's a cuvée that combines freshness and depth.
Made exclusively from Chardonnay from the Grand Cru terroir of Chouilly, this vintage cuvée is partly vinified in oak casks (12%). It is an Extra Brut champagne with a low dosage of around 4g/L.
A.R. Lenoble's Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs 2006 has a golden color with pale green highlights.
The nose reveals notes of white flowers, followed by more complex citrus aromas. The whole is well blended, revealing a pure Chardonnay aged for several years.
On the palate, the Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs 2006 A.R. Lenoble has a fresh, lively attack. The palate is rich and full, with a fine balance between vinosity and elegance, and a long, full finish.
This champagne is particularly enjoyable with cocktails, fish or scallops.
