We have chosen to bring together :
Louis Nicaise's Brut Rosé is a generous, gourmet champagne with notes of red berries.
This Champagne is made from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes from the Premier Cru terroir of Hautvillers, topped up with 12% red Champagne wine from the Grand Cru terroir of Aÿ.
This Champagne rosé is vinified and aged in stainless steel tanks to preserve its freshness. For the same reason, part of the malolactic fermentation is blocked, giving the champagne a lively character.
Maison Louise Nicaise's Brut Rosé is a cuvée of great finesse and sapidity, with notes of red berries. A very pure champagne, ideal as an aperitif.
Joseph Perrier's Cuvée Royale Rosé is a blend of one-quarter Chardonnay and three-quarters Pinots (Noir and Meunier), a champagne focused on fruit and vinosity.
This Rosé is obtained by adding 12% red wine from the Cumières terroir.
Cuvée Royale Rosé Joseph Perrier has a luminous orange-pink color and a lively, fine effervescence.
This champagne has a nose of red fruits, wild violets and licorice.
On the palate, the attack is elegant, racy and expressive. The fruity notes discovered on the nose are repeated. The finish is long, with hints of menthol.
Aurélien Laherte's Rosé de Meunier is an atypical champagne, a cuvée with a complex aromatic palette, particularly well-suited to gastronomic dishes.
It's a champagne made exclusively from Meunier grapes, combining 3 winemaking techniques. Part of the wine (30%) is macerated to add body and richness. A second part (60%, half of which is reserve wine) is vinified in the traditional way to bring freshness, and the third part is vinified as a red wine.
The wine is then bottled and aged in the Maison's cellars for several years. After disgorging on the fly, this Rosé de Meunier is dosed at 2.5g/L Extra-Brut.
This cuvée offers a wide range of aromas, from small berries to rose petals and blood orange. A vibrant cuvée.
