This vintage is marked by a dominance of 90% Pinot Noir from the historic crus of Veuve Clicquot, such as Verzenay, Verzy, Bouzy, Ambonnay, and Aÿ. With a delicate touch of Chardonnay (10%) from the Grands Crus of Avize and Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, the Grande Dame 2015 achieves perfect balance.

For this cuvée, the dosage is reduced to 6 g/L to preserve the purity and minerality of this exceptional wine, crafted only during years deemed remarkable by the Cellar Master. This champagne develops an intense aromatic complexity, with a structure that illustrates the richness of the Champagne terroir.
