Robe

Veuve Clicquot Brut Rosé has a pretty orange-pink color, with slightly coppery highlights. It is a beautifully brilliant wine. Its bubbles are fine and light, delicate and regular.

Nose

On the nose, this is a very fruity champagne, with notes of red fruits, wild strawberries, blackberries and Morello cherries. Some very fresh citrus aromas complete this beautiful aromatic palette. A very gourmand nose.

Palate

On the palate, Veuve Clicquot Brut Rosé is pleasantly smooth and fresh. The mid-palate is well structured, dense, bringing length and character. Beautiful aromas of very fresh, very crisp red fruits and slightly saline notes on the finish complete this fine champagne and add a note of freshness.

Service

I suggest serving this champagne as an aperitif, at a temperature of 8° to 9°C.
