Description

Veuve Clicquot innovates once again with this limited edition Mail Box. This box keeps a bottle of champagne cool for 2 hours.

Carte Jaune Brut reflects the style of the Veuve Clicquot house. The dominance of Pinot Noir ensures the structure typical of wines from the house in Reims, while a light touch of Pinot Meunier completes the roundness. Chardonnay lends elegance and finesse, necessary for the perfect balance of a cuvée made from a blend of some 50 to 60 different crus.

The traditional structure of Cuvée Brut Carte Jaune is made up of 50-55% Pinot Noir, 15-20% Pinot Meunier and 28-33% Chardonnay.

The blend includes a particularly high percentage of reserve wines from several harvests (5 to 6 on average): from 25 to 35%, sometimes up to 40% to ensure the longevity of the Veuve Clicquot style. These reserve wines, the oldest of which are up to nine years old, are kept individually, respecting the origin of the vintages and years.

Carte Jaune Veuve Clicquot has a beautiful golden-yellow color, with abundant, fine mousse.

This Brut has a powerful nose, initially fruity (white fruit, dried fruit), then vanilla and brioche.

On the palate, the attack is frank and dynamic, then gives way to a fruity harmony. The wine has a certain structure, which places it in the family of structured, vinous Bruts.

Carte Jaune Veuve Clicquot stands out for its remarkable aromatic persistence, with notes of both fruit and spice.

This Champagne offers an optimal balance between finesse and power.
