      Description

The Cave Privée collection from Veuve Clicquot opens the doors to the history of one of the most famous champagne houses. This collection features the greatest vintages of the last 40 years. Rosé 1989 is a unique interpretation of a great year.

This Rosé Champagne is a blend of 66% Pinot Noir from Montagne de Reims and Grande Vallée de la Marne and 34% Chardonnay from Côte des Blancs. To this blend has been added 13% red wine made from Bouzy pinot noir.

The dosage is extremely low (4g/L) to allow this rare champagne to express its full maturity and mad complexity.

Veuve Clicquot's Cave Privée Rosé 1989 is a luminous, sparkling partridge-eye color.

On the nose, it's a charming, gourmand champagne, with notes of pastry.

On the palate, this champagne is structured, round, with a hint of vinosity, on notes of wild berries, citrus and pecan.
