Taking its name from an ancient tradition, RICH is nothing other than a sweet champagne. Two centuries later, Veuve Clicquot has revived the taste for higher dosage to give its champagnes a new aromatic facet.

The blending is tailor-made and guided by the Chef de Caves, Dominique Demarville. With this new collection, red fruit is exalted. Cuvée RICH is made from Pinot Noir (45%), Pinot Meunier (40%) and Chardonnay (15%). This marriage of three grape varieties delivers luscious notes of cherry and citrus, all in a harmonious, fresh and unctuous balance.

Designed to liven up aperitifs, RICH champagne sublimates the most festive gustatory moments. Combined with a selection of ingredients designed by leading mixologists, this innovative cuvée is enhanced by Clicquology. This three-step ritual lets everyone give free rein to their imagination. The principle is simple: simply place a few ice cubes in the bottom of a wine glass, add the ingredient of your choice (pineapple, grapefruit zest, cucumber, celery, bell pepper, tea) and pour in the RICH champagne.
