Description
Brut Rosé from Thevenet-Delouvin is a delicate and elegant cuvee with a pale rose pink robe.
It is characterized by finesse in the mouth and notes of small red fruits, notably strawberry.
Presentation of Isabelle et Xavier Thevenet
This is a blended rosé, based on the Carte Noire to which we add 10 to 12% red wine. It’s made with grapes from old Pinot Meunier vines at Cerseuil and Passy-Grigny. With this mix we can bring out the subtle aromas of red fruits and attenuate the smoothness of the Pinot Meunier. It’s a cuvee dosed at 9,5g/l.
