Description

This wooden box is atribute to the boldness and vision of Ruinart, which was the first house to use wooden crates to ship its cuvées. Designed by Piet Hein Eek, a renowned artist and graduate of the prestigious Eindhoven Academy of Art, the box is made from second-life wood. A patinated wood, nourished by a rich and dense existence, collected by the artist himself.

The form of the box is inspired by the characteristic shape of Ruinart bottles. Its cream color also recalls the color of the Ruinart Blanc de Blancs it protects.

Each box is signed and numbered, because each box is unique, handcrafted in the workshops of Piet Hein Eek.

Only 550 magnum cases were ever made. A true collector's item!

Ruinart's latest creation, the non-vintage Blanc de Blancs, is a charming, bewitching cuvée.

Made, of course, exclusively from Chardonnay, this cuvée showcases its color in a bottle that is an exact replica of those found in the Age of Enlightenment, where the transparency of the glass reveals the luminous golden color.

Blanc de Blancs by Ruinart is a luminous Champagne with a superb pale gold color.

It has an extremely fine nose.

Ruinart Blanc de Blancs is supple and round on the palate.

On the palate, this finesse is enhanced by notes of brioche and honey, and overall freshness.

Ruinart Blanc de Blancs is a Champagne to be drunk chilled, at around 8°/9°.
