Description
The cuvee Falltime from Pommery is a Blanc de Blancs. Extra-dry, that is, with a higher dosage than traditional brut champagnes, it’s perfect for a fine day in Autumn.
Falltime is generous and gourmand both on the nose and the palate. Its pale yellow robe shimmers with bright reflections.
The nose opens superbly with great generosity and elegance encompassing subtle notes of underwood, white flowers and citrus fruits.
It’s a champagne with a clean palate, full of charm and vivacity, with notes of brioche.
