The cuvee Summertime from Pommery is a Blanc de Blancs, that is to say a champagne made uniquely from Chardonnay, and is a blend of 10 Crus selected from the different terroirs of Champagne.
This blending of the different terroirs creates a champagne of great complexity, drawing on the many different facets of a single grape variety, Chardonnay.
Fresh and fruity, Summertime is an interesting and unusual way to discover the Pommery style.
Summertime is golden in color with gleams of luminous almond green.
The nose is vivid, with delicate aromas of acacia and lime.
The graceful and fruity palate enjoys a long aromatic persistence, markedly fresh.
