Maison Pol Roger's Brut Rosé Vintage 2015 embodies a champagne about sensuality and delicacy.

This cuvée is a blend of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay, to which is added around 15% red Champagne wine from the best Montagne de Reims crus.

Alcoholic fermentation takes place at low temperature in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats, where grape varieties and crus are vinified separately before final blending. Malolactic fermentation is carried out on all our wines, to obtain a touch of roundness.

Once bottled, the wine spends a minimum of 5 years in the cool, 33-meter-deep cellars of the Maison Pol Roger. Each bottle is stirred by hand in the traditional way, before disgorging and dosage.

This champagne is salmon-colored with orange reflections and fine bubbles.

Initially, the nose offers a beautiful aromatic expression dominated by red fruit, with cherry and raspberry and hints of rose petals. As the wine warms up, candied cherry and candy notes add complexity.

On the palate, the notes present on the nose are also felt, and the attack is fresh, marked by notes of blood orange. After a few moments, the wine is generous and enveloping, revealing aromas of red fruits. Power and vinosity support the character of this vintage.

Brut Rosé Vintage 2015 is the perfect accompaniment to salmon, as well as rosy meats such as small game birds, fruit tarts and crumbles.
