Pierre Baillette Champagne

The Domaine Pierre Baillette is located in Trois Puits in the Montagne de Reims. The family estate, managed by Périne Chartogne Baillette, covers almost 4 hectares spread over the communes of Trois Puits and Rilly la Montagne in Premiers Crus, and a few acres on the terroir of Verzenay in Grand Cru. With the exception of the Le Village cuvée, which combines a third of each grape variety representative of the Domaine, the champagnes of Pierre Baillette are single-variety, single-vineyard champagnes that express freshness and authenticity.

Périne Chartogne Baillette has created three cuvées around her favorite grape variety, Pinot Noir. Thus, you will find the Cuvée Coeur de Craie Trois Puits from the lieu-dit "Les Chauds Champs," which perfectly combines the intensity of aromas and great minerality. The Cuvée Cœur de Craie Rilly-la-Montagne from the "Malachets" plot, which reveals a lovely fruitiness. And the Cuvée Cœur de Craie Verzenay from the "Le Pertois" plot, which also presents a beautiful mineral power and superb fruitiness.
