      Description

Cuvée L'Extravertie is a lively, expressive Blanc de Blancs champagne that's an ideal accompaniment to a fine aperitif.

To produce this champagne, Antoine and Clément Bouret, two brothers who have taken over the family estate, blend their parcels located on the Grand Cru terroirs of the Côte de Blancs. These include the famous villages of Cramant, Mesnil-sur-Oger, Oger, Chouilly and Oiry.

The Chardonnays are vinified and aged partly in stainless steel vats and partly in oak barrels.

After bottling, L'Extravertie spends 4 to 5 years in the house cellars, gaining in complexity. Its dosage is Extra Brut, simply highlighting the great minerality of the Côte des Blancs terroirs.

Pertois-Lebrun's Extravertie has a straw-gold color with silvery highlights. Its bubbles are fine, lively and persistent.

On the nose, we discover beautiful citrus notes, and a note reminiscent of damp chalk. On the second nose, brioche and butter aromas emerge.

The attack on the palate is supple, elegant and delicate. In the mid-palate, the citrus notes and mineral touch discovered on the nose return.

The finish is taut, slightly iodized and lasts for several seconds.
