Made from Chardonnays from the best terroirs of the Côte des Blancs, this cuvée expresses purity and vivacity.Vinified in stainless steel tanks for maximum freshness, this Blanc de Blancs also benefits from low dosage.
Blanc de Blancs Perrier-Jouët is an ideal aperitif champagne. Its pale gold color with silvery highlights is an invitation to taste.
The nose reveals notes of elderberry, acacia, honeysuckle and citrus.
On the palate, this is a lively champagne, carried by a beautiful minerality. Citrus notes and great aromatic richness.
Perrier-Jouët asked Mexican artist Fernando Laposse to design a new case for its Blanc de Blancs. The artist wanted to pay tribute to the actions taken by the House to develop biodiversity in its vineyards. The case highlights the ephemeral process of pollination.
