Cuvée Réserve Nature from Palmer & Co is remarkably balanced and pure.
This champagne is a blend of Chardonnay (50%), Pinot Noir (30%) and Meunier (20%) from the great terroirs of the Montagne de Reims.
This cuvée is incredibly complex, thanks to 6 years' extended aging in the Maison's 18-meter-deep chalk cellars. The absence of dosage underlines the excellence of the terroir and a sensational aromatic profile.
Réserve Nature is a complex, straightforward and pure cuvée. It reveals a beautiful mineral tension supported by notes of citrus, chalk and candied lemon, followed by light roasted notes. The finish is persistent and saline, almost iodized.
