Starting from Avize, in the Côte des Blancs, Olivier Bonville (4th generation of the Champagne House Franck Bonville) and his father-in-law Ferdinand Ruelle embark today on a journey to meet the vignerons who sublimate the Champagne mosaic of its 319 crus. These two vineyards are proof that Champagne offers infinite possibilities, a mosaic of micro-terroirs, and a diversity of expressions. Both wish to observe this multitude of terroirs and reveal their particularities.

The Odyssée 319 starts from Avize, a terroir where Olivier and Ferdinand are vignerons. The exclusive range consists of 4 permanent cuvées: Odyssée Brut which represents the soul of this adventure; Odyssée Rosé which symbolizes the premises of this Odyssée; Avize, Le Levant which embodies a movement around the village of Avize, to better understand the plurality of its identities; and Avize, Le Couchant which highlights the showcasing of lieu-dits, at the height of the village, located to the north of the bourg of Avize. This range is intended to blossom year after year through their encounters, their discoveries, and their oenophilic heartbeats.
