Rosé G.H. Mumm is a champagne that reveals pretty notes of red fruits and citrus fruits. It is a perfect cuvée for the aperitif.
It is a champagne that will also go well with shellfish and desserts.
Rosé Mumm is made from the same blend as Cordon Rouge, which is completed by the addition of 12 to 14% red wine from Champagne.
This champagne has a salmon color with copper highlights.
On the nose, this Brut Rosé offers aromas of red fruits and citrus fruits. On the second nose, notes of vanilla and honey emerge.
On the palate, it is a cuvée which affirms its notes of red fruits with always a lot of freshness.
