Mumm
Brut Millésime 2015 | Bottle 75cl
Mumm Brut Vintage 2015 is based on a foundation of Pinot Noir (75%), balanced by Chardonnay (25%). The grapes come from historic villages classified as Grand Crus, notably Verzy, Ambonnay, and Verzenay on the Montagne de Reims, as well as Cramant and Avize on the Côte des Blancs. These exceptional terroirs offer grapes of remarkable quality. Vinification is primarily done in stainless steel vats, preserving the freshness and purity of the aromas, before extended aging on the lees for six years. With a dosage of 6 g/L, this cuvée presents a harmonious balance between freshness and complexity.
