Composed exclusively of Chardonnay from the Cramant terroir in the Côte des Blancs, it has a unique personality.
The winemaking methods used are very specific to bring out the creamy and smooth aspect of its character.
Mumm Blanc de Blancs stands out for its purity and luminosity of tint with slightly greenish reflections, and its bubbles of extreme finesse.
It’s a champagne which offers the fragrance of white flowers accompanied by lemon and fresh fruit.
Its delicate and subtle attack is marked by refined chalky undertones.
The mouth is full and extremely smooth, with lightly spicy aromas, a lovely silky texture and a rich, expressive finish.
Eminently suitable as an aperitif, it is equally good with seafood, lobster or devilled oysters.
