Champagne Grand Cru Millésime 2000 comes from the company's own oenothèque. It is a cuvée dominated by Pinot Noir (80%) and completed by Chardonnay.
Vinified in wood, without malolactic fermentation, it retains its freshness and ageing potential.
Maurice Vesselle's Champagne Grand Cru Millésime 2000 has a beautiful golden color and very fine bubbles.
On the nose, this champagne has a fine aromatic palette and good tension.
On the palate, it's a rich cuvée, but always supported by a fresh, silky structure.
A fine cuvée of character for a starter or as an accompaniment to a meal.
