Jean-Paul Hébrart's Blanc de Blancs 1er Cru Extra Brut is a champagne of elegance and precision, perfect for an aperitif. Offered here in its Extra Brut version (measured at 4 g/L), this cuvée offers extra purity and tension.
This Blanc de Blancs 1er Cru Extra Brut is made from Chardonnays from the Grand Cru terroirs of Chouilly and Oiry, and the Premier Cru of Mareuil sur Aÿ. The vines are an average of 38 years old.
Marc Hébrart has been practicing integrated viticulture for several years, and vinifies its wines in small-capacity vats to preserve the personality of each vine and terroir.
