Mailly Grand Cru's Intemporelle Rosé 2010 is a champagne of unbridled elegance. It's a cuvée that can accompany a gourmet aperitif, as well as haute cuisine dishes.
L'Intemporelle Rosé has the same blend as the white version, i.e. 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay. The cellar master then adds 2-3% of red wine made from old Mailly vines, to give it its characteristic hue and red fruit aromas.
Intemporelle Rosé 2010 Mailly Grand Cru has a rose petal color with coppery highlights. Its bubbles are fine and swirling.
On the nose, we discover a champagne of great finesse, evolving on aromas of raspberry, strawberry and redcurrant. On the second nose, notes of citrus and white fruit, accompanied by a light mineral note, stand out.
The elegant palate is enhanced by a creamy touch. Fresh and precise, it releases exquisite aromas of red berries mixed with hints of pear, pink grapefruit and mirabelle plum. The overall impression is one of great harmony, with a lovely finish.
