This Coteaux Champenois from Mailly Grand Cru is a magnificent ruby-red wine made from Pinot Noir grapes.
After green harvesting and maceration in stainless steel tanks, the wine is aged partly in stainless steel tanks and partly in barrels.
Champagne red wines are characterized by their freshness and fruity notes. This red wine from Maison Mailly Grand Cru reflects this perfectly, with lightly woody raspberry and cherry aromas. Freshness, saltiness and velvetiness combine to create a palate of balance and finesse.
This Coteaux Champenois from Maison Mailly Grand Cru is the perfect accompaniment to braised capon, spider beef, Rethel white pudding, Reims ham, warm pâté en croûte and soft cheeses.
