Description
This Coteaux Champenois Blanc 2021, produced by the Mesnil-sur-Oger cooperative, is a mineral, fresh wine.
This Coteaux is made from Chardonnay grapes from the Grand Cru terroir of Mesnil-sur-Oger. This village is renowned for its chalky soils and lively grapes.
12% of the grapes are vinified in barrels, to give them a lovely patina and a slight roundness that balances the great tension of the terroir. The slightly iodized finish perfectly punctuates this lovely wine.
This cuvée is particularly enjoyable as an aperitif or with seafood.
