Clos Sainte Sophie 2012 by Emmanuel Lassaigne is a Blanc de Blancs champagne made from Chardonnay Vieilles Vignes planted on the Montgueux terroir. This is an exceptional terroir, nicknamed the Montrachet of Champagne.
The Chardonnays are perfectly balanced between minerality, richness and finesse. This cuvée is aged in oak barrels for one or two wines, then kept in bottle for 5 years.
Clos Sainte Sophie 2012 Lassaigne offers beautiful notes of spice, fruit and pastry.
