Description
Supremely fruity, the cuvée Ultradition Rosé from the house of Laherte expresses notes of cherry and orange peel.
It is a blend of 50% Pinot Meunier, 30% Pinot Noir and 10% Chardonnay to which is added 10% red wine from champagne vinified in barrel.
Utradition Rosé is vinified in large oak casks and smaller barrels with partial malolactic fermentation.
With its gleaming intensely ruby colour and refined effervescence, it offers lovely notes of black cherry and orange peel on the nose.
Opening with vivacity and freshness it is a rosé champagne of great elegance with a splendid finish on a slightly spicy note.
