      Cuvée Les Grandes Crayères 2014 signed Laherte is a Blanc de Blancs champagne that reveals beautiful fruity notes. It's the perfect accompaniment to a fine aperitif.

      This parcel-based cuvée is made from Chardonnays from the Coteaux Sud d'Epernay, a complex terroir with light soil and outcropping chalk. The vines on this parcel are around 40 years old, with low yields that produce highly concentrated grapes.

      Les Grandes Crayères 2014 Laherte was vinified in barrel. Malolactic fermentation was blocked to balance the wood ageing, which brings complexity and fatness to the wine.

      This is an Extra Brut champagne that reveals gourmand, pastry-like notes, with superb relief on the palate. A very fine cuvée.
