This extra brut champagne is made from Chardonnay from the Grand Cru d'Oger terroir. This is one of the most famous villages on the Côte des Blancs.
This cuvée is vinified using the Jean Milan artisanal method. Its extra brut dosage (6g/L) makes it a very light champagne.
Jean Milan's Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut Grand Cru d'Oger is aged for nearly 3 years in the house's chalk cellars, giving it time to round out its aromas and develop a touch of iodine and lemon.
This Blanc de Blancs champagne is perfect as an aperitif, where its chiselled delicacy and freshness will be appreciated.
