Jacquesson's Cuvée Dizy Corne Bautray 2005 is a true collector's item.
It's a Blanc de Blancs made from Chardonnays grown on a plot called Corne Bautray, located in the Grand Cru terroir of Dizy. The plot measures just over one hectare, and 9,000 Chardonnays have been planted there since 1960.
Only 4,912 bottles and 300 magnums of the 2005 vintage were produced. Real collector's items.
The Dizy Corne Bautray 2005 Jacquesson cuvée was vinified in oak foudres for 9 months before bottling. This champagne was then disgorged in February 2015. It is a Cuvée Nature, with no dosage.
