The cuvée Authentic from Jacques Chaput required tremendous application to arrive at the perfect balance between complexity, freshness and subtlety.
Symbolising the excellence and the precision of the Jacques Chaput champagnes, this cuvee was crafted from 70% Pinot Noir with 30% oak aged Chardonnay to add complexity whilst retaining finesse and elegance.
A method and a style which has produced a rich, seductive champagne with floral and fruity aromas to delight the most demanding of champagne drinkers.
