Mythic is a champagne with a strong personality. It has a golden yellow color with straw yellow highlights. Its limpid color is studded with fine, delicate bubbles.
Nose
The nose is very floral, with aromas of white flowers, garrigue, fresh verbena and lily of the valley. A very pleasant, aromatically fresh nose, enhanced by citrus aromas (lemon).
Palate
On the palate, the attack is pleasant, with good balance, finesse and freshness. On the palate, we discover citrus notes with a brilliant purity, counterbalanced by pleasantly round, suave notes.
Service
This champagne is perfect as an aperitif, but can also accompany an entire meal. I recommend serving it at a temperature of 8/9°C. Jacques Chaput's Mythic is one of my "Coup de Coeur" cuvées!
