Cuvée Soliste Meunier by Jean-Marc Sélèque is an atypical champagne, made exclusively from Pinot Meunier. A grape variety characteristic of the Marne Valley and the 1er Cru terroir of Pierry, where the Les Gouttes d'Or plot is located. The vines, planted in 1951, offer low yields and grapes with intense, concentrated aromas.
This cuvee is elaborated in an extremely confidential way, we are forced to limit its sale to 1 copy per customer every 30 days.

Description
Cuvée Soliste Meunier by Jean-Marc Sélèque is an atypical champagne, made exclusively from Pinot Meunier. A grape variety characteristic of the Marne Valley and the 1er Cru terroir of Pierry, where the Les Gouttes d'Or plot is located. The vines, planted in 1951, offer low yields and grapes with intense, concentrated aromas.
The vinification process is unique, with 50% of the wine aged in oak barrels and 50% in concrete eggs, a container that allows the wine to move naturally, helping to develop its aromatic complexity.
Once bottled, the cuvée is aged under cork for 4 years in the house cellars in Pierry. The dosage is Extra Brut to allow the wine's full range of aromas to develop.
The Soliste Meunier 14 cuvée is confidential, with only 1261 bottles and 30 magnums produced.
