Cuvée Épernay Blanc 2016 by Jean-Marc Sélèque is a white wine made from Chardonnay and Petit Meslier. It's a taut, generous white wine to be enjoyed as an aperitif or with food.
This white wine is made from grapes grown on the Les Frileux plot, where a young vine is planted.
The grapes were pressed in the traditional way, then vinified and aged in oak barrels for 16 months.
Bottling took place in February 2018, without filtration.
This is an extremely rare cuvée, as only 276 bottles were ever produced.
