Based in Ludes, on the northern slopes of the Montagne de Reims, François and Pierre Huré produce complex, elegant champagnes that reflect the terroirs from which they come. The Huré Frères vineyards extend over the villages of Ludes, Ville-Dommange, Brouillet and Serzy et Prin in the Vallée de L'Ardre, and Vavray Le Grand in the Vitriat. Each village, grape variety and plot of land is vinified separately to preserve its individual personality. From the outset, Huré Frères has kept reserve wines, blended with the year's wines according to the Soléra principle.
The Soléra method is used primarily in the Cuvée de Réserve Invitation. A cuvée composed of the three Champagne grape varieties from the terroirs of Ludes, Ville-Dommange and Vavray-Le-Grand. A fresh invitation to pleasure and conviviality. Cuvée Insouciance Rosé is made from Cuvée Invitation, an elegant and seductive blended rosé that can be drunk on any occasion, without restraint, in the "carefree" spirit of the present moment. Cuvée Instantanée is a vintage champagne, made every year to freeze the year and bottle it. It highlights the unique character of each year, combined with the work of the winemaker.
