Henriot' s Rosé Millésimé 2005 is a concentrated, round champagne, ideal with a fruity dish.
It is a rosé blend of pinot noir vinified in red with a combination of 30% chardonnay and 70% pinot noir.
Rosé Millésimé 2005 spent 6 years in the Henriot cellars before being released for tasting.
This cuvée has a pink color with orange reflections and a fine, regular effervescence.
The champagne opens with a discreet, mineral nose, followed by more intense notes of red fruit, redcurrant jelly and strawberry.
On the palate, Rosé Millésimé 2005 Henriot offers a fresh, elegant attack. It is a gourmet, complex and mature champagne with a long, delicate finish.
